In any case, to ensure the best understanding of the information we have just shown you, we believe you will find the following questions and answers useful, through which we expand on said content in more detail. Let’s see:

1. Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

‘ALOIA EXPLORA CENTER, S.L.’, owner of the accommodation identified as ALOIA NATURE Forest Accommodation, located at Lg. Frinxo, s/n, “Transbandeira” estate, C.P. 36715, Tui (Pontevedra).

Likewise, you may contact said controller by calling the telephone number (+34) 612 55 41 09, writing to the email address info@aloianature.es, or through the “contact” form available on the Website.

2. What type of data do we collect and for what purpose?

The personal data you provide through any of the contact channels mentioned will be used to respond to inquiries you wish to raise about the services offered on the Website. Specifically, we will only ask for essential identifying data to know who you are in order to respond, such as name, e-mail, and/or telephone, with the provision of the first two (name and e-mail) being mandatory, as indicated by an asterisk.

Likewise, when you book any of our cabins or recreational offers that may be available through our website, in addition to identifying yourself with your ID card and other details (name, surname, address), you will provide data for the payment of your reservation (card), considering this as necessary information for us to manage your reservation and stay with us.

Please note, at the same time, that we will ask for certain data that you must provide so we can reply through our contact form, the mandatory nature of which is indicated by an asterisk (*) next to each data field. In turn, remember that only by accepting our privacy policy – by clicking the checkbox you will see next to the contact form and the mention “I have read and accept the Privacy Policy of ALOIA NATURE Forest Accommodation set forth here”, your message will reach ALOIA NATURE. From then on, once your message is received, we will respond as soon as possible.

3. What is the legal basis that justifies the use of your data?

The legal basis that justifies the use of your personal data to respond to you when you contact us through the aforementioned contact means is your consent, insofar as said action -contacting us through the referred means- clearly calls for another on our part, which is to respond to you.

Furthermore, the legal basis that allows us to legitimately process the information you provide in each reservation is that it is necessary for the execution of a contract (accommodation).

Regarding the legal basis that allows -and requires- us at the same time to make your data available to the State Law Enforcement Agencies, it is the compliance with a legal duty, specifically the provisions of Order INT/1922/2003, of July 3, on Register Books and entry forms for travelers in hospitality establishments and other similar ones, and complementary regulations.

4. Will we communicate your data to anyone?

As indicated in the previous answer, you should know that any establishment providing accommodation services, as is our case, is obliged to daily communicate essential identifying data of its guests to the State Law Enforcement Agencies through a secure medium.

Likewise, when you proceed to book any of our services using your bank details, these will be communicated, at some point, to our banking entity when the corresponding transaction is completed.

Otherwise, when other regulations require it, we will also proceed to communicate your data, limiting said data transfer to the strict terms in which it is required of us.

5. For how long will we keep your data?

If, after the inquiry you make to ALOIA NATURE, you do not formalize the corresponding service request or reservation, your personal information will only be kept for a reasonable time (sufficient to understand it is not in your interest to contract with the company), after which we will delete it.

On the contrary, if you request our services, once our contractual relationship has concluded (stay at our accommodation, etc.), the retention period for your personal information -blocked or reserved- will begin for a period of five years. In any case, if during such period you require our services again, we will re-apply the same retention criteria (blocking of information after the last contracted service, for five years).

6. What rights do you have over your data?

The data subject may exercise the rights of access, rectification or erasure, not to be subject to automated decisions, objection, portability, to request at any time that the consent given for any of the purposes indicated by the controller be revoked, as well as the right to contact the AEPD when you consider that your rights have not been properly addressed by ‘ALOIA EXPLORA CENTER, S.L.’ Regarding the implications of such rights, you can consult the information provided by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (“AEPD”) here.

You may request the exercise of your rights in writing, accompanied by a photocopy of your ID, passport, or other valid document that identifies you, addressed to the email info@aloianature.es, indicating in the “Subject” line of the electronic communication the mention ”ALOIA NATURE- data protection”.

When we receive your request, we will send you a form that you must complete so that we can process your request.

7. What can you do if the data controller does not address your rights?

If you consider that your rights have not been duly addressed, you may initiate a “protection of rights” procedure before the AEPD (See AEPD rights protection proc.).
